Do credits expire?
Free tier credits reset each month - use them or lose them. Purchased credits never expire, so you can buy in bulk and use them at your convenience.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you'll need to purchase more to continue processing documents. We'll notify you when your credits are running low, and you can easily purchase more from your dashboard. Your account and all previously processed documents will remain accessible even without credits.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
We don't offer refunds for purchased credits, but since they never expire, you can use them whenever you need them. For Enterprise customers with custom agreements, different terms may apply.
